Holtz Residence, c. 1906

Restoration of this early 1900’s home included extensive repair work to the wood balustrades, porch roof and cornice soffits. The entire lower porch lattice panels and wood trim were rebuilt and repaired, involving extensive carpentry, paint removal and finish paint work.
